How long does it take from the production of an order to delivery?

Our order turnaround time is 7 to 15 days. For special rush orders, we will expedite the production and expect to complete the delivery within 3 to 4 days.

Currently, we haven't opened any offline physical stores yet. We are a clothing manufacturing company that provides one-stop services covering procurement, production, quality inspection and shipment.

How many days will it probably take to receive the products after purchasing them?

It usually takes about 7 to 15 working days for you to receive the products after purchasing them. This mainly depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Domestic deliveries are generally quicker and might take around 5 to 7 working days, while international deliveries could take 7 to 15 working days on average

Do you offer the service of customizing logos?

Yes, we offer the service of customizing logos. You can add the option of customizing logos when purchasing products, and then upload the file of the logo you need to customize. We will make it for you according to your logo style.

What services do you have?

When it comes to manufacturing clothes, having a well-made tech pack is very important. A tech pack is a document that you need to create in order to communicate your design to a manufacturer. The document contains all of the technical information about your product line in one place. Although it may be difficult to start working on a tech pack, it is important that you take the time to do it correctly. This includes things like finding the right materials, understanding how the product is assembled, and what type of packaging will work best. The following are included in our tech pack service: – Free design consultation – Construction call-outs – Technical drawings to scale – Multiple colorways, print; embellishment details – Basic Graded Specs – Point of measurement diagrams – Bill of Materials (if you have all the materials) – Brand; Care Labels, Folding instructions, Tags; Packaging Price: $50-$100 Lead time: 2 weeks We will gladly provide you with tech pack FREE OF CHARGE if you choose to work with us for clothing manufacturing.

My Orders

How can I cancel my order and how long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?

If you placed an order by mistake or need to cancel for any reason, we're here to help. Please contact us at Info@gracegolfwear.com,and we'll do our best to cancel your order and refund your payment. However, please note that our fulfillment team starts on orders quickly, so sometimes we can't cancel in time. Keep in mind it might take some time for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

What should I do if I received a wrong item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the wrong item you received. Once we have that, we'll make sure to get the correct product sent to you right away.

What if my items/package are lost or damaged?

If your tracking link is not reflecting updates or has stalled midflight, we recommend waiting up to 3 days to allow the carrier to update their systems. If you have still not noticed any updates after 3 days, please submit a claim

If your package has been marked delivered but you do not see your package, we recommend waiting up to 3 days and checking with neighbors or gatekeepers, if applicable, to ensure this package wasn't mis-delivered. If you have still not received your package after 3 days, please submit a claim

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Once your order has been placed and processed (24-48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. (Please make sure your email is filled in and correct)

What is your Price Adjustment Policy?

Our price adjustment policy is: 

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, a one-time price adjustment will be honored upon request within 14 days of the original purchase for items that are currently in stock (same style/size/color). In order to receive a price adjustment, please contact our Customer Care Team.

We would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.We will gladly accept a return or exchange of qualified items purchased from GRACEGOLFWEAR.COM that are in new condition with original tags.Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered.
